How to Parry in Resident Evil 4 Remake

To Parry in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you just need to do the following:
- Make sure you have a knife with at least some durability
- Wait for an enemy to attack, you will see a prompt in the bottom right corner
- The knife icon will flash
- Press L1/LB as the enemy attacks
- After a successful parry, the enemy will be knocked back, your knife will take damage, and you may earn a follow-up knife attack.
There’s a Parry window associated with different types of attacks, so the best way to make sure your Parry is successful is to watch for the prompt in the bottom righthand corner. The knife icon will flash briefly, indicating that a Parry can be attempted.
