The KSV is being overlooked slightly right now in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 but it shouldn’t be. It is one of the most reliable SMGs in the game and has ridiculous damage potential if you can iron out some of its kinks, which this loadout guide will help with.
This guide will touch on our suggestions for the best attachments and the top overall class setup for the KSV. This loadout is based off of six hours of using the weapon.
Best ‘Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6’ KSV loadout
The best KSV loadout in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is:
- Optic: Kepler Red Dot
- Muzzle: Muzzle Break
- Barrel: Long Barrel
- Underbarrel: Precision Foregrip
- Magazine: Extended Mag I
- Rear Grip: Commando Grip
- Stock: Combat Stock
- Fire Mods: 9x39MM Soviet Overpressured
As you can see with the number of attachments here, we suggest using the Gunfighter Wildcard to really beef up this weapon. The first thing you will need is the Kepler Red Dot optic, or another optic of your choice Being able to clean up those iron sights really helps and it also will improve your accuracy, which can be tough to maintain with the KSV out of the box.
Next up, the Muzzle Break will improve the weapon’s recoil, which is another major issue here, alongside the Precision Foregrip. The latter will also improve the weapon’s idle sway which can be noticeable with a zoomed-in scope. The Combat Stock will also help with this, while improving your movement speed while aiming around corners.
Additionally, you will want to use the Long Barrel to boost your damage range. Although, it is already really good with the KSV this extra improvement doesn’t hurt and just allows you to be more consistent at a distance. Pair this with the Commando Grip for those moments where you need to run and gun. This will boost your aim down sight speed and sprint to fire speed. You don’t want to be running around with the KSV too much but this can help in those moments where you are caught off guard.
We also suggest running the 9x39MM Soviet Overpressured attachment in the Fire Mods slot to be able to improve your bullet velocity. Finally, the Extended Mag I gets our final attachment slot. You don’t want to use a laser here. This will give you more bullets to work with and allow you to continue streaks longer without needing to reload.
