Leicester turned blue once again as their champion football team paraded their Premier League title throughout the city. Following an open-bus-parade, Leicester City mega-fans and Leicester natives Kasabian turned up to play a few songs for the 240,000 fans who had come out to celebrate the side’s surprise league win. Check out our pictures from Leicester’s momentous day.
As a result of their victory, the side will play Champions League football throughout Europe next season for the very first time. The city of Leicester is set to benefit from a huge economic boost due to the arrival of travelling fans and tourists to the King Power Stadium when the competition begins later this year.

The team’s nickname, the Foxes, clearly inspired this avid fan to bring a fake fox to the raucous celebrations in Leicester’s Victoria Park.

Kasabian will keep the victory party going with their own shows at Leicester City’s King Power Stadium on 28 and 29 May.
