Canadian electropop don Grimes, aka Claire Boucher, hit O2 Academy Brixton in London last night for a banger-filled set of punchy pop and oddball electro, as part of her AC!D Reign tour. It was a night to remember.
The setlist is primarily cuts from fourth album ‘Art Angels’ – NME‘s album of 2015 – and her 2012 breakthrough, ‘Visions’. Here she is casually changing the mix while singing. Easy.

Support act Hana had already wowed the crowd with her bass-heavy, high-impact slow jams; she returned to join Grimes for the final few tracks, including ‘Oblivion’, while her distinctive dancers twirled ribbon sticks.
