Daniel Radcliffe has done an admirable job of shaking off the image of Harry Potter, the role that made him stupidly famous, and he’s done it by making endearingly odd career choices. Here he is mucking about with a fox mask in the outtakes from our big interview with him.
Daniel also accidentally put seven sugars in his cup of coffee during the interview, and was feeling quite sprightly.

The actor – who has gone on to star in movies such as Kill Your Darlings and his latest, Victor Franskenstein – wasn’t shy of talking about the Harry Potter series and said: “Always with my career in film, I saw Potter as an amazing beginning to it. I’m sure I’ll never hit that kind of commercial peak again but very, very few people will.”

It also turns out Daniel is a big fan of the 1980s political sitcom Yes, Minister. Yeah, we were surprised too.

No, Daniel Radcliffe’s not what you might expect of a super–famous film star, but we reckon he’s all the better for that.
