The battle between Butcher and Homelander comes to an end in the final season of The Boys.
Based on the comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, the fifth season of the superhero satire picks up as Billy Butcher reappears with a virus capable of wiping out Supes from the world, as Homelander assumes control.
Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Nathan Mitchell, Colby Minifie all reprise their roles, alongside other returning cast members Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Jensen Ackles.
The Boys season five’s first two episodes premiere on Amazon Prime Video on April 8, with the remaining six episodes set to air weekly.
