C-Murder has been sentenced to 10 more years in prison after receiving a life sentence for committing second-degree murder earlier this month.
The 38-year-old rapper, whose real name is Corey Miller, was given the new sentence for an unrelated charge by a Louisiana judge today (August 25). He was sentenced for firing a gun into a Baton Rouge nightclub following an argument, reports the Associated Press.
On August 11, Miller was convicted of murdering 16-year-old Steve Thomas during a brawl at a New Orleans area nightclub, as previously reported. Miller plans to appeal the murder conviction.
