Neil Young And The Chrome Hearts have announced details of a new tour, which will see them play multiple outdoor shows across the UK.
The band, formed of Young, Spooner Oldham (keys), Micah Nelson (guitar, vocal), Corey McCormick (bass, vocal), and Anthony LoGerfo (drums), announced the shows as an extension of their ‘Love Earth World’ tour dates.
They also follow on from the folk rock icon and his band headlining Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage earlier this summer, and topping of the bill for BST Hyde Park 2025.
The new shows for 2026 kick off with a night at Manchester’s Heaton Park on June 19, and continue on June 27 the headline slot at the inaugural State Fayre Festival in Chelmsford, which was announced earlier this morning.
Two days later (29), the ‘Harvest Moon’ singer will head over to Scotland for a slot at the Glasgow Summer Sessions at Bellahouston Park, and on July 3, they will perform at Blenheim Palace Festival 2026.
For that gig, they will headline the 10,000-capacity UNESCO World Heritage Site in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, with support coming from Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton. Other headliners for that summer series include Katy Perry on July 1, Teddy Swims on June 20, and Pete Tong on June 27.
Finally, on July 5 Young will perform at the Blackweir Fields in Cardiff.
Tickets go on sale next Friday (November 28) at 9am GMT. Visit here to buy tickets, and check out a new list of shows below.
Neil Young’s UK outdoor shows in 2026 are:
JUNE
19 – Heaton Park, Manchester
27 – State Fayre festival, Hylands Park, Chelmsford
29 – Glasgow Summer Sessions, Bellahouston Park
JULY
03 – Blenheim Palace Festival, Woodstock
05 – Blackweir Fields, Cardiff
The new tour dates for next year come as Neil Young and his band released their new album ‘Talking To The Trees’ over the summer, and were praised for their timeless slot on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage.
That performance was given a four-star review, and described by NME as “a headline set that proves that sometimes, there’s still power to be found in an old-school approach”.
“It is, in short, the definition of no frills,” it read. “It’s testament to the power of Young’s songwriting, then, just how brilliantly it all works, how little the momentum drops.”

Since then, the music legend has announced a 50th-anniversary re-release of his 1975 album ‘Tonight’s The Night’ and shared that he was removing his music from Amazon Music.
“The time is here. FORGET AMAZON,” he said, announcing the latter. “Soon, my music will not be there. It is easy to buy local. Support your community. Go to the local store. Don’t go back to the big corporations who have sold out America.”
More recently, he followed his anti-Trump song ‘Big Crime’ with a new video on YouTube titled ‘As Time Explodes’, which saw him hit out at the US president again as well as the “looting oligarchs” Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk.
