Manson is set to open for Five Finger Death Punch on a US run later this year
Manson was previously ordered to pay Evan Rachel Wood over $300,000 after key parts of his case against her were dismissed
The fees amount to over $300,000 and a trial is set to take place in May
Ashley Walters' initial case against the vocalist alleged sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress

The anonymous accuser says she accepted the settlement because going on trial would mean she would lose her "right to anonymity and been victim-blamed on a large and public scale"
