It will feature contributions from John 5, Billy Sheehan and Paul Shaffer among others
The show is set for Las Vegas and will see the members perform without makeup
Besides acting as the KISS bassist's "personal assistant and roadie", fans can also watch a gig from stage-side and perform a song with Simmons
It comes after Gene Simmons postponed his upcoming solo tour
