The rapper and Diddy were accused of assaulting a woman at a VMAs party in 2000, when she was 13-years-old
The lawsuit was filed in December, and claimed that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was also present at the alleged incident
The rapper previously called the allegations “heinous in nature” and dismissed them as a “blackmail attempt”
The judge also slammed the rapper’s lawyer for the “relentless filing of combative motions”
Tony Buzbee, who is representing the alleged victim, has called the claim “patently frivolous" and said that it "will be dismissed"
The anonymous woman's lawyer told NBC news that "our client remains fiercely adamant that what she has stated is true, to the best of her memory"
The rap mogul has been denied bail three times since his September arrest
"Preparations for the next Super Bowl" will also proceed as planned
It comes amid the rapper being accused of rape in a new lawsuit
Beyoncé appears in the forthcoming film alongside her and Jay's daughter, Blue Ivy
